Buying and selling a home is not as simple as it used to be.  We have years of experience in assisting property owners with the acquisition and sale of real estate, as well as handling disputes that inevitably arise.  Through our conveyancing practice, we provide homeowners with access to many of the major “national” banks in the state as well as local banks. We provide counsel to first-time homebuyers, commercial land owners, and investors looking to sell.

A cautionary note:  the bank’s lawyer is not “your” lawyer when buying a home.  You need your own counsel to protect your rights.
