Honest, Accessible, Effective – Pedestrian Hit by Car

I am a disabled Veteran and was connected to Attorney Malis for legal representation after I was struck by a vehicle in a crosswalk. Attorney Malis went above and beyond the call of duty in attending to my legal needs as well as other needs. I am fully satisfied with the representation I received from Attorney Malis. His team is top notch as well. While I was in the hospital he visited me and brought me chicken soup & cookies. He assisted me in arranging for medical appointments including transportation. Over all I am fully satisfied with his representation and support and would recommend him to have your corner too.

Professional, Honest, Exceptional

I cannot begin to express what a fantastic job Attorney Malis did with my automobile injury case. He was dogged in his pursuit of compensation for my injuries. He was always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. He kept me updated on all aspects of the progression of the case. More importantly, he was sincerely concerned about my physical and emotional well being. He is honest, sincere, intelligent and driven to achieve the best outcome for his clients. He goes above and beyond in all that he does. Outstanding!

Slip-fall knee

I had a slip and fall injuring my knee. Attorney Daniel Malis was so honest, compassionate and very professional always looking right at me while conversing. I felt I was given the treatment of a Queen. Always being asked “aside from the case, how are you doing”? He really cared about me as a person NOT a case number. Inquiring as to how my children were doing made me feel “YES”, he really cares about people. I never had to worry how things were going as I was called and updated quite frequently. If I ever need legal representation again in my life I would not hesitate to call Daniel Malis. I am forever grateful for such wonderful people in this world that are available to help and support me if needed. Thank you Attorney Daniel Malis for all that you have and still do.

In a situation where I needed an estate plan updated in a hurry, Jennifer went the extra mile to be there for me, meet at my convenience, and give me exactly what we needed, even if we weren’t sure ourselves! She is prompt, punctual, efficient and professional, BUT, more than that, she is friendly and kind, and made this experience a breeze. We now consider her part of our family team.

Caring Straight-Forward Lawyer…

Since 2008, Dan has been an exceptional lawyer. Working diligently and keeping me well informed of what to expect, and in the end achieved a positive outcome.

Also, Dan has the most wonderful staff. They were extremely kind, whenever I called, I could hear the smile in the secretary’s voice. She always listened and never rushed me.

Mr. Malis and his team are the definition of professionals. I would readily recommend Dan Malis to friends, and family members, or anyone who needs a good lawyer.

Expert Attorney who gets great results!

Attorney Malis took my complicated case and made it black and white in court. His work with expert witnesses made the case for me. I found Attorney Malis to be extremely knowledgeable about the court system and passionate about getting results for me. He is determined to get justice for his clients. I can not thank him enough for his work and results on my case.

A well informed and hardworking attorney that gets the best for his clients
